like all good groups, the first session with us is free so that you can see if we fit what you’re looking for. you’ll be greeted with a smile, sat with some friendly faces, given all you need, and hopefully the nerves of trying something out will quickly fade.

all you need to do is apply here, and if there’s a space for you, we’ll get you along as soon as we can.
